Christine O’Donnell witch ad is high risk

I do not think I would have ever imagined hearing the word “witch” used in a political campaign TV advertisement. Yet, American politics remains quite surprising and distracting when candidates issues such commercials. I cannot tell whether the ad helps get Christine O’Donnell beyond the issue or whether it gets the issue beyond of Christine O’Donnell. It is a high risk ad and will be interested to see public reaction.
