Portland Apocalypse Video: How accurate?

A Portland writer and researcher,Adam Rothstein, made a video and story about what would happen if a massive 9-point earthquake occurred near Portland. It has raised the attention for some while alarm for others. KGW_TV looked at how accurate the foretelling is. See news clip below.
