PALAU the Movie tells the true story of a man who was born in a small town in Argentina, committed his life to the work of the Lord and embarked on an inspiring journey to become one of the greatest evangelists in history who has led countless people to Jesus Christ. Amidst both seemingly insurmountable struggles and remarkable miracles, Luis never lost sight of his calling. Palau’s story demonstrates what God can do with a willing heart. PALAU the Movie will inspire people of faith for generations to come.

“I’ve never thought of myself as someone special. I’m just a kid from a cow town in Argentina,” Luis Palau says. “Yet God grabbed my heart at a young age and chose to use me to share His Good News in a dramatic way. Now, more than 65 years later, I’ve had the joy of leading millions of people in public confessions of faith in Jesus, from princesses and presidents to criminals and cynics. This film is the story of that journey. I pray it encourages all to embrace Jesus and trust Him for great things.”

Renowned Argentine actor Gastón Pauls plays the role of Luis Palau, alongside acclaimed actors Scott Reeves (“Nashville”) who plays Palau’s mentor, Ray Stedman, and Daniel Roebuck (“Lost,” “The Fugitive”), who plays Fred Renich, a deeply influential figure in Palau’s life. The cinema events include a special message from Luis Palau.

The film features music from multi-award-winning artists Matt Redman and Jaci Velasquez, along with top Latin Grammy producer Iván Gutiérrez and celebrated film composer Paul Mills.

“Trafalgar Releasing is excited to connect cinema goers in key territories around the world to see this inspirational film about the life of Luis Palau whose positive work has impacted to many,” says Kymberli Frueh, Trafalgar Releasing’s SVP of Programming, “we are thrilled to bring Palau’s legions of followers together to share his amazing inspirational story as a community.”
