Two Pentagon police officers were shot when Jon Patrick Bedell went on a shooting spree. Both officers shot back and killed Bedell. Officer Jefferey Amos who took a bullet in the sholder told the Associated Press, “I just thank the Lord that He shielded me when all of this took place.”.
