From KOMO News Washington comes a story about an Issaquah pastor fighting for road rights on a new road that is connected with teh nearby nudist camp. Here is the story;
“An Issaquah pastor wants the road less traveled, but he’s the only one. He says he owns the private road that connects Issaquah Hobart Road with the Fraternity Snoqualmie, a nudist camp.The camp has been there for 63 years, and they have always paid to maintain the gravel road.Pastor Eddy Fowler-Lindner moved in five years ago, and has fought the easement rights of the camp and other homeowners ever since.” Continue Reading.
while I am against nudist camps, it does sound as though the pastor should have objected to the nudist camp before he bought the land.

I would say that if he bought the land with the easement to the nudist camp, then he should stick with the conditions.
