The Living Savior Lutheran Church in Tualatin reopened to its first service after being set afire back in March. Two 13-year old boys were convicted in that fire. It is believed that the teens obtained keys to the church from their involvement of charity groups using the meeting hall during the week. See the KATU-TV video below.
