Portland worship event draw crowds, clashes

Christian worship and praise singer Sean Fuecht returned to Portland this weekend to hold a praise rally at Portland’s waterfront park.

 

His Facebook reported

THIS IS WHY WE CAN’T BACK DOWN!😭😭😭
People are scared, addicted, lonely, suicidal and hopeless – AND WE HAVE THE HOPE OF THE WORLD INSIDE OF US!!!
It’s time we BOLDLY bring JESUS to the world! 125 cities later and we’re JUST GETTING STARTED!!
– PORTLAND: I’m so proud of you and honored to worship with you tonight! Your city is CRAZY 🤪 but you are the ANSWER!!! Don’t ever stop worshipping!!
– #LETUSWORSHIP TEAM: You guys are heroes and honored to run with each one of you!!
– REVIVALISTS: Let’s take a few week breather and then bring revival to the National Mall in DC next month!! Time to take America back for GOD!!

The singer also mentioned people trying to interrupt the concert and people throwing items on stage like needles, razors and lighters.

 

Portland Tribune reporter, Zane Sparling, reported that people tried to interfere with teh concert: His Twitter video clip is below:

Later on after the concert two different political groups clashed on the streets of Portland.
