Representatives Bonamici (OR 1), Blumenauer (OR 3), DeFazio (OR 4) and Senators Merkley and Wyden are targeting pregnancy resource centers, and they need to stop.
All five members of Congress co-sponsored the bill in the House (H.R. 8210) or Senate (S. 4469) that aims to force PRCs to end their work. In supporting these bills, Elizabeth Warren wildly asserted that pregnancy resource centers are “tortur[ing] pregnant people.” Pregnancy resource centers offer free services and material support like diapers, baby clothes, and car seats. Pregnancy resource centers help their communities, and they certainly aren’t torturing anyone!
