Church hit with Christmas Day fire

The cause of a two-alarm fire on Christmas Day at the Reformation Covenant Church in Oregon City remains under investigation. Clackamas Fire responded shortly after 2 p.m. to the church near JQ Adams Street and 12th after receiving reports of black smoke pouring from the building’s roof, according to KOIN 6. The fire started between an older roof and a newer one, requiring extra effort to douse the blaze from above. Nobody was injured.
