Most Catholic Teens Walk Away And How to Rekindle the Fire

On the Second Sunday of Advent, Archbishop Alexander Sample spoke about the alarming fall-off rate among recently confirmed Catholics and the urgent need to for all Catholics to rekindle the fire of faith. Drawing from Christ’s call to “cast fire on the earth,” he urged us to move beyond an idle faith and become living witnesses who prepare the way of the Lord.
Advent is the moment to reignite the flame, turn up the heat, and let God’s grace make us true disciples who attract others by His love and mercy.
