Last month, Daly announced that he will be passing the baton after 20 years as president and CEO of Focus on the Family.
During his two decades at the helm, Jim Daly has carried on the incredible legacy of the organization’s founder, Dr. James Dobson. Under Daly’s leadership, Focus on the Family continues to reach millions nationwide, supporting couples, families, and kids with Christ-centered resources.
Now, Daly is moving on, and it’s the best kind of transition.

He has simply decided it’s time to hand on the role to the next leader, someone who will remain “true to those biblical principles that Focus started on almost 50 years ago” in a manner that’s “calm, kind, loving.”
